Prices listed on our website are correct at the time of entering the information and are exclusive to on-line purchases only. We reserve the right to change prices of ane products at any time. All orders must be paid in advance by mcb juice or bank transfer. There are no minimum purchases for on-line orders.
We will email you both when we receive your orders and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us.
If an order cannot be processed, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why and our proposed solution. If you are not happy with the proposed solution, you may decide to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund.
*Special note: During this time of confinement, some products will be shippable at the end of confinement. An email notification will be sent to you if ever one of these products is in your ordered list.
We download orders during our regular business hours. (9am to 5pm). Majority of the products on the site will be shipped within the time frame indicated. Customers will be notify if orders are back ordered or shipping will be delayed.
ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
